Getting Started

  1. Understanding Pain—This five-minute video is an overview of chronic pain.
  2. Charlie’s Story—He is my patient who eloquently tells his story about resolving his chronic pain. He had seen 16 physicians in three months and has been pain-free for years.
  3. BEGIN WRITING NOW!! Writing lays down new pathways and is the foundation of the entire project.
  4. Read The Talent Code. The author discusses the creation of talent. The nervous system works in pathways and linkages. Myelin is similar to insulation around a wire and may be how the brain creates circuits.
  5. Chronic pain is a classic symptom of the Mind Body Syndrome.

Getting Started provides an overview of the DOCC project. (Defined Organized Comprehensive Care)
